Position: Customer Success Associate
Summary: CT Corporation, a global leader in legal entity management, corporate compliance, and due diligence solutions, is seeking Customer Success Associates to join its expanding teams nationwide. The role involves managing relationships with customers from various sectors such as Corporations, Law Firms, or Small Businesses, providing them with legal and compliance services, and driving cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and professional service to customers through verbal and written communications.
Provide consultative customer service, understanding customer goals and compliance challenges to offer solutions.
Manage the full life cycle of the order process and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Project manage and prioritize high volumes of requests using internal systems.
Handle customer escalations and collaborate across functions to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and key partners.
Strive to become a subject matter expert in the department, company, and industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent B2B client service experience.
Preferably a minimum of two years of B2B client/customer service experience, preferably in banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal industry.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply it to customer needs.
Ability to make sound business decisions and exercise discretion and judgment.
Experience in generating add-on sales revenue is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
