Position Overview
The Configuration Specialist is responsible for supporting all elements of end-user registrations and configurations for all DrFirst products, as well client types such as standalone, enterprise and partners. The Specialist is also responsible for working closely with the client to ensure that each registration and configuration is verified and working, ensuring successful implementations and go-lives.

What you will work on
- Work directly with and serve as point of contact for the customer until their requested product configuration is complete.
- Utilize critical thinking, attention to detail, and product knowledge to correctly interpret and direct configuration requests to the appropriate internal teams.
- Utilize excellent communication and customer service skills to advise customers on contractual considerations of their configuration requests.
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing highly detailed documents.
- Experience communicating with all areas of the business with a focus on technical and medical terminology.
- Experience working directly with customers via email and/or phone in a professional, courteous and accurate manner.
- Desire to take ownership of customer requests and manage them in a logical and methodical manner.
- Ability to adapt to change and quickly pivot based on customer needs and organizational priorities.
- Ability to pass a background check(s) (conducted by DrFirst as well as customers)
Desired (But not required) Skills & Experiences
- Experience with software development best practices and principles.
- Experience working with prior authorizations and navigating insurance verification
- Experience working in an organization that practices lean/agile/scrum a plus.
Physical Requirements
- 80% Desk/phone work
- 20% Standing and moving throughout the office
