Role Summary
The Senior Director, 503A Provider Relations will lead our efforts in achieving aggressive organic growth goals. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, leading a national sales team, strengthening provider relationships, and increasing overall 503A market share.

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of middle managers and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including provider partnerships and collaborations, to expand the company's presence and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinics, and other healthcare organizations, to achieve aggressive organic growth goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, operations, compliance, and acquisition, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives and projections.
- Conduct analytical assessments of market trends, provider behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop commission planning strategies and incentive programs to motivate and reward sales team performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead projection planning efforts to forecast sales performance, revenue targets, and market penetration, leveraging historical data, market insights, and industry benchmarks.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective providers, highlighting the company's value proposition, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market data, and provider feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compounding pharmacy operations and sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Must have experience in compounding sales and leading a team of sales professionals.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the pharmacy industry, with a focus on compounding pharmacy preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including layers of direct reports and middle managers.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets, with documented compounding sales acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business development strategies.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in commission planning and incentive program development preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct projection planning and forecast sales performance accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards governing compounding pharmacy operations.
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%.
