Job Title: Pharmacy Sales Executive

Job Summary
AlignRx is seeking an enthusiastic and highly driven pharmacy sales executive to generate leads and drive sales. This position requires 5+ years of experience in the pharmacy industry. A pharmacy background with PSAO familiarity is a must. Community pharmacy experience is a major plus.
Essential Job Functions
- Highly motivated and adept at building and maintaining a robust prospect pipeline (cold calling experience a must).
- Proven success in executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to meet/exceed sales goals, as demonstrated through consistent year-over-year achievement.
- Ability to pivot strategically as needed to reach sales goals.
- Ownership of the sales process from discovery through deal close.
- Ability to build and foster long-lasting relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation skills in formal/informal settings as well as in-person and via phone/video.
- Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and educate on AlignRx’s value proposition.
- Close, constant collaboration with AlignRx teammates in building tools that demonstrate value to prospects.
- Meticulous management of CRM and superior reporting skills.
- Active planning, participation in, and attendance at key conferences/tradeshows.
- Solid understanding of industry-specific trends and the competitor landscape.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 5+ years in pharmacy sales executive role with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Pharmacy industry experience with PSAO familiarity; community pharmacy experience a major plus.

- Outstanding presentation skills: formal/informal and in-person/phone/video.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate daily with internal teams, customers, and referral groups.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of company products and services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Hubspot or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of services: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Travel required; 8-10 tradeshows/conferences per year
- Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
- Frequent lifting (up to 20 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment).
