Overview
The Client Success Manager is responsible for identifying and delivering streamlined business processes while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Client Success Manager will deliver business processes that are robust and compliant, increase quality and efficiency while also representing best practices. The primary role is to review and analyze the performance of various procedures to make recommendations for improvements and lead projects to implement the agreed upon recommendations. Role requires strong documentation and project management skills.
The Client Success Manager will be expected to provide exceptional responsiveness to internal Account Management client needs and requests, as well as external third party vendor work. Work activities include but are not limited to responding to operational inquiries, project requests, vendor change management items, client and member facing marketing requests, and overall strategic Account Management needs to support an ever evolving business.

Position Location
This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement efforts to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality assurance
- Gather project requirements, create project timelines, map process flows, and implement process changes
- Complete on-going documentation of new and existing processes
- Continuously identify areas for improvement with forward thinking and drive for efficiencies
- Create and update client and member-facing marketing materials as well as global communication as needed, continuously improve upon marketing materials to keep relevant with an ever changing industry.
- Manage all aspects of third party relationships, including but not limited to creating standards, monitoring procurement processes, and maintaining day-to-day operational processes.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies
- Perform other job-related duties when necessary
- Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department
- Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program
- Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid list.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Experience:
- Account Management, Process Improvement, and PBM experience preferred
- Two to three years progressive experience working in account management, healthcare solutions, prescription benefit management, insurance benefits, and/or pharmacy claims administration.
- Five+ years experience working on improvement initiatives, including identifying, mapping, analyzing, and streamlining processes. Aptitude to observe and make recommendations to improve and standardize efforts, resulting in reduced time spent while ensuring quality controls in place.
- Strong aptitude to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to interact with a wide variety of individuals. Ability to confidently articulate and lead projects across multiple stakeholder areas
- Proficient in creating and updating client and member-facing marketing materials – including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, flyers, brochures, email communication
- Experienced in managing third party relationships, including but not limited to vendor selection/negotiation, initial implementation, and maintenance of relationships
- Proficient MS Office experience mandatory
