About the Role:We are hiring Account Executive(s) to manage and execute the sales process for Plenful's AI workflow automation software platform. In this role, you will manage the sales process by prospecting and engaging new and existing leads, facilitating remote and onsite meetings with B2B customers, and negotiating and closing contracts.
Ideally, we are looking for a SF-based person (3 days/week in-person) but we are open to remote-based individuals as well.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and develop relationships with prospective clients to identify, qualify and develop quality sales opportunities, focusing on new business
- Manage full sales cycles from lead to close, including contract creation and contract negotiations, while working cross functionally to ensure a premium level experience for all stakeholders
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently close business
- Actively participate in industry-relevant trade conferences and events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success
- What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of demonstrated success in a full-cycle healthcare sales role
- Proven track record in managing sales cycles & successful quota/revenue attainment
- HealthTech, Healthcare IT, Healthcare AI-Automation sales experience is a plus
- Customer-centric mindset and the skills needed to listen to customers and understand their objectives
- Professional, polished and engaging in communication and presentation skills
- Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented
