Position Summary:
Works closely with Controller, Assistant Controller, and the Accounting Team to perform various accounting, financial planning, and internal reporting support.
Essential Functions:
- Perform various accounting functions including, but not limited to:
- Preparation and/or review of general ledger and internal DDA reconciliations
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset and Investment Subledgers
- Preparation and review of monthly financial reports
- Provides information and interprets accounting and financial policies and procedures as necessary.
- Assists in preparation of the Call Report and Fry9
- Assists in preparation of the Annual Report
- Prepares required periodic reports for regulators, and any special reports requested by Management and/or Board of Directors.
- Ability to consume and analyze large amounts of data and interpret into dashboard-style reporting for Management.
- Represents the bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Develop potential referrals and sales of bank products and services via personal and professional contacts.
- Participates in civic and community affairs, functions and organizations promoting a positive, involved “community image” for the bank.
- Participates in other bank projects and activities as directed by the Executive Management Team and the Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.
- Knowledge of advanced GAAP and common accounting standards and office procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA certification or 3–5 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Experience with PowerBI and/or Frontier Reconciliation software is considered a bonus but is not necessary.
Physical Demands:
- Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds.
- Remain sedentary (seated) for extended periods of time.

- Work is performed in a professional office environment.
- This role uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
