As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory storage, managing shipping and receiving of goods, and ensuring timely material handling delivery to production.
More About Your Responsibilities
- Load trucks with ongoing material and finished goods, ensuring shipping transactions are accurately updated in SAP.
- Prepare shipping documents or transfers as required.
- Record any damages or shortages and obtain carrier signatures.
- Remove finished goods from the lines.
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
- Maintain documentation regarding materials being returned to stock.
- Maintain daily safety checklist for lift equipment.
- Ensure component materials are received and QA released prior to storage or delivery to production.
- Ensure that all requirements of the Health & Safety Management and JHG Quality Management System are followed.
- Tackle any other duties as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to contribute to our team's success.

- High School Diploma
- + 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Forklifts driving experience, deep-reach, and counterbalance.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Competency in mathematics and computer literacy.
- 3 shift rotation required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Consider assets:
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or food environment.
- Understanding/familiarity of cGMP.
- Experience within a regulated environment packaging/food/pharmaceutical (FDA, Health Canada).
