What you will work on
The core responsibilities for this position center around designing experiments, performing statistical tests, and developing methodologies to accurately measure the impact of our solution on the patient’s adherence and medication abandonment. The candidate should be comfortable with communicating the results internally and externally. The candidate will also support the team by performing supporting ad-hoc reports and analyses.
Our ideal candidate drives continuous improvement and brings a strong sense of ownership over the quality of their deliverables. They effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects, and deliver results while balancing competing priorities and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in statistics, math, computer science, Statistics, Economics, or a quantitative field (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied statistics and experimental design
- 5+ years of experience working with Python or R programming languages
- Working experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL query languages
- Working experience with Tableau or other relevant data visualization software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate data insights to a variety of business stakeholders and senior leadership
- Preferably a background in Healthcare IT with a focus on patient adherence programs or clinical trials
Physical Requirements
- 90% desk and phone work.
- 10% travel across DrFirst and customer locations in the US.
