Responsibilities
- Administering company compensation programs for all locations by evaluating and analyzing employees' salaries, job descriptions, and salary survey data.
- Maintain compensation Grade/Leveling Matrix in US, India & Ireland.
- Assisting with the review and updating of job descriptions, recommending job level, base pay and STI of new and modified positions.
- Assist in overseeing and maintaining Azurity’s pay structure globally, and ensure data integrity of compensation data within HRIS/Payroll system.
- Advising HRBPs and leaders of an organization on compensation details on candidate offers.
- Administration of all benefit programs in India, including problem resolution, payroll corrections, and coverage corrections at vendor.
- Colleague liaison for benefit programs in India.
- Ability to work part schedule in Eastern Time zone (12:00p – 8:00p) at least three days per week.
- Assist in administration of Azurity’s Relocation Program.
- Provide data for compensation and benefits topics. Audits, benchmarking.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years administration of US and India compensation & benefit programs including:
- Job Description Review, Editing, and Creation.
- Employment contract components of compensation
- Statutory benefits
- Market data analysis and position leveling.
- Assist with HR and Payroll initiatives.
