Overview
The Compliance Sr. Manager will collaborate directly with Maxor PBM and Rebate/Formulary Management businesses to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client contracts by providing direction, guidance, and support. The role is responsible for working cross functionally with stakeholders to partner and achieve business goals while accounting for compliance risks. The Compliance Sr. Manager will have the opportunity to build and conduct appropriate compliance oversight, including monitoring and compliance auditing. The Compliance Sr. Manager will work closely with the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, other Compliance leaders, as well as Legal to further Maxor’s Culture of Compliance and Ethics.

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.
Preferred Experience Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced education preferred, but additional experience in Compliance may be accepted in lieu of an additional degree
- 7+ years of Pharmaceutical Benefit Management (PBM) compliance experience, with specific experience with formulary and rebates preferred
- Possess a broad understanding of PBM compliance considerations, including the regulations and best practices applicable to all payor lines, including government payors and commercial payors
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, along with expertise in implementing regulations and guidance, including assessing applicability and scope
- Experience conducting compliance auditing and monitoring, assisting with compliance investigations and reporting, documenting findings, and implementing corrective action plans
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and assist with the day-to-day functions of the Compliance Department when needed
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills that serve diverse internal and external audiences and constituencies

Responsibilities
Promptly react, and work with other areas to investigate and respond to compliance concerns related to Maxor PBM and Rebate/Formulary Management businesses.
Partner closely with the business stakeholders and the Legal Department on regulatory matters.
Support the business on compliant and ethical implementation of new products and new laws, regulations, and guidance.
Design and maintain monitoring functions based on risk assessments and prioritization.
Manage, track, and triage reported compliance matters, including assisting with handling of ethics hotline, compliance mailboxes, or other items.
Support the enhancement and maintenance of the Compliance and Ethics Program.
Conduct compliance audits and/or design and maintain compliance monitoring functions based on risk assessments and prioritization.
Comply with, and ensure that all employees and programs comply with, Maxor’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.
Remain free from exclusion under the OIG/GSA and state Medicaid exclusion lists.
Must have access to an appropriate home office to work remotely.
Qualifications
Education:
