Maxor National Pharmacy Services is currently recruiting for the position of full time bilingual Spanish Pharmacy Concierge at one of Maxor's network of managed specialty pharmacies in the Washington, DC region.

JOB SUMMARY:
The concierge role is designed to provide personalized attention to patients in order to enhance the customer service experience.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):
Warmly greet customers upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain order and efficiency in lobby area.
Facilitate communication between patients and back-end pharmacy staff.
Provide direction and assistance for patients in need of Unity Health Care Pharmacy services beyond the pharmacy.
Work with patients to improve understanding of pharmacy communication systems
Offer a warm “thank you for your business” to exiting customers.
Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.
Remain free from exclusion under the Office of the Inspector General and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: 1 year customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to communicate well with people from a diverse background
A commitment to treating all patients with empathy and compassion
Basic technical and organization skills
High customer service orientation, exhibiting a welcoming disposition with the ability to be consistently polite, helpful, kind, courteous and discreet.
Fluent Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a MUST
The successful candidate should have the ability to communicate well with people from various backgrounds, specifically those with diverse race, ethnicity, gender identity and sexual orientation.
