Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Supervisor/Lead/ Production Technician, operate and maintain PAB Bausch Filling Machine.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets or quality standards.
- Operates machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
- Monitors the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture faulty products.
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Sanitize work tables, “Conveyor” and inspection tables. Keep your work area clean and organized at all times, following the requirements of LSW 5S.
- Collect, pack and identify the production obtained, carry out the inspections required by procedures and / or specifications and document it.
- Comply with operation standards such as but not limited to: Efficiency, Production, “Scrap & DownTime” and “Cycle Time”.
- Maintain written information or production graphs, "down time", "setup time" or any other indicator that is established by the machine, in order to monitor its productivity.
- Inspect and evaluate materials and product to detect or prevent possible defects before using materials or removing finished product.
- Identify the product with the proper final disposal (eg "Released", "On Status", "100% Visual Inspection")
- Perform routine cleaning operations for assigned clean rooms.
- Comply at all times with company rules and EHS regulations

- Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
- No problem solving skills required as job is routine and repetitive.
- Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.
- Experience in operating production equipment.
- Comfortable working with automated manufacturing equipment with touch screen Human Machine Interfaces.
Preferred Requirements
- Good manufacturing practices and Good documentation practices experience preferred.
- Comfortable gowning to work in a classified clean room ISO8.

Qualifications
Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc
Required:
- High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
- 0-04 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance
- Ability to work non-stand schedule as needed
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
