EMPLOYER ACCOUNT SETUP & MANAGEMENT QUESTIONS


Q: I’m responsible for job postings for a Pharmacy500 company. How do I gain access to the company account that has been created for us?

If your account has NOT been claimed, contact us to do so. You must use your company email address (personal email addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. are not permitted). Once received and verified, our team will email you an invitation to claim your profile within the business day.

If your account has already been claimed, we will direct you to your colleague who is currently the admin for your account.


Q: Is there a set number of account admins our company can have to post individual jobs?

Only one email/person can be designated as the admin account for your company account. However, anyone with access to your login credentials will be able to share the admin features and post jobs on behalf of your company.


Q: How will my account be approved, and how long will it take?

Once your account has been claimed, our team will review your account for final approval, which will be completed approximately within one business day. If you require any assistance throughout this process, simply contact us.


Q: Can we have multiple profiles for different divisions of our company?

You may have multiple profiles for separate divisions of your company only if they are currently recognized as individual Pharmacy500 companies (e.g., a recent acquisition). Each division will have its own profile, but each division must reference the designated “Parent Company’s” job board to ensure consistency of job positions and avoid duplicate job posts.


Q: What if the POC at the company leaves and we need to change the POC admin for our account? 

To transfer admin access to a new Point of Contact, simply contact us with the new POC's email address. Once verified, the RXinsider team will then transfer the admin access over to the new email.


Q: If we are not currently hiring, can we still leave our company profile up?

Yes, even when you have no active job postings, your profile will remain visible and active. This maintains SEO benefits and allows potential candidates to learn about your company and visit your website.


JOB POSTING QUESTIONS 


Q: How do we submit/enter new jobs?

To create a new job, begin by clicking the 'Post a job' button in the top right corner of the job board. This will take you to a page where you can enter all the key details: title, type, category, location, description, pay, and application process. When you have completed the form, click the 'Confirm and Post' button at the bottom of the page to submit your job. 


Q: Is there a maximum number of jobs I can post?

There is currently no limit on the number of jobs you can post.


Q: Do my job postings need to be approved?

Job postings do not require approval by RXinsider. However, RXinsider periodically monitors jobs to ensure the quality of our platform and their legitimacy, and we reserve the right to inactivate any job at any time.


Q: Can we make live edits to our job postings?

As an employer, you have the flexibility to make live edits to job postings as often as needed to ensure your job postings are accurate and up to date.


Q: How do we remove jobs? Will expired jobs be automatically removed?

When posting a job, an expiration date is selected, and all expired jobs will automatically be hidden from public view, keeping your profile current. To manually remove a job, click the three dots on the right side of the posting and click the "Delete" button in the dropdown menu. 


Q: Is this Career Center for pharmacists only?

No. While we welcome clinical job posts, the Pharmacy500 Career Center is dedicated to ALL open positions and roles at Pharmacy500 companies across all departments (e.g., administration, sales, marketing, engineering, product management, logistics, etc.) 


APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM (ATS) QUESTIONS 


Q: Will we be notified when an applicant applies to our job posting?

Yes, but only when “Apply By Direct Submission” or “Apply By Direct Email” is selected as the communication method.


Q: Are there account metrics and reporting available (job views, job clicks, job applicants, etc.)? 

Yes, metrics, including job views and apply clicks, will be visible under each job posting. Metrics are available for all active jobs, whether posted manually or imported automatically. 


Q: Where are the applicant’s resumes sent? Are applicants notified by your system?

When posting a job, employers have full control over where resumes are sent by clicking the "Apply By" setting at the bottom of the job creation page. The options include:

  • Direct Email: Applications are submitted directly to your preferred email address.
  • Website Link: Applicants are directed to submit resumes through any specified website link (E.G, back to your ATS).
  • Direct Submission: Applications are submitted through a career center form, providing a streamlined experience. Applicants will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission and can opt to create a profile for easy tracking of their applications and updates.


Q: What features/options do you have for auto-importing jobs from our ATS? 

 We offer an auto-import feature to AUTOMATE your job posting management and the benefits include:

Q: Do you accept RSS / XML feeds of our jobs? If so, what is the process?

Yes, we accept RSS feeds for any employer account. To get started, simply contact us with your company name and the URL to the XML file containing your job listings. Once we have set up the importer on our end, it will run immediately. Please note that the initial import may take some time – typically 20-30 minutes, but up to 6 hours for larger job boards or a high volume of jobs. All jobs from your RSS feed will be displayed on your employer profile.
